On November 21, 43 students aged 14-16 participated in a hands-on seminar titled “Responsible Behavior in the Digital Environment”. The event took place at the cutting-edge Cybersecurity Lab in Sofia Tech Park, Bulgaria.
During the workshop, students explored innovative tools and resources developed under the GreenCo project. Key topics included Reducing Digital Pollution, Energy Efficiency in the Digital Environment, and Recycling Electronic Waste. An interactive educational game, informed by the GreenCo e-book “The Invisible Threat: Digital Waste and Digital Pollution”, added an engaging element to the event. The lively quiz sparked excitement and wrapped up with awards for the top performers.
The event successfully demonstrated how interactive learning can inspire young people to adopt environmentally responsible habits in the digital world.
