Transnational meetings

Kickoff – First Transnational Meeting   Madrid, April 2022

GreenCo is a KA220 – VET Cooperation partnership funded by SEPIE, operating from 01/02/2022 to 01/12/2024 with a budget of €280,700. The project began upon agency signature, with expenses eligible throughout. Comunidad de Madrid (CFTIC) initiates funding with 40% to partners, excluding professional translation costs, necessitating alternative methods. Christina (ESI) mandates e-book criteria, highlighting design, links, and adaptation for target groups, agreed in PDF and epub formats. Accessibility concerns prompt translation tool considerations. ESI introduces a template; discussions in April 2022 set book structure. UAH details Project Results 2 and 3 budgets and app development timelines, with student involvement pending.

ITS outlines Project Result 4 (Multilingual MOOC Training), managed by professors and emphasizing content development and translation oversight. A pilot MOOC is planned, with a meeting in November 2022. CFTIC manages social media dissemination, focusing on youth platforms, opting for existing accounts over new profiles. Domain acquisition and website creation are prioritized for project visibility.

Bulgary detailed the GreenCo e-book’s final version timeline, highlighting its objectives and accomplishments from April to November 2022. The meeting concluded with plans for monthly online sessions and preparation for the next meeting hosted by CMQ Numérique in Valénce, likely post-summer.

Progress on Project Result 2 was detailed by CFTIC, with UAH contributing insights on app development software options. The preference leaned towards HTML5-based formats, ensuring accessibility and multilingual support. Various game engine platforms were considered for the app’s interactive elements, addressing gameplay quality and accessibility concerns. Future plans included scenario development and user interaction strategies, aiming for comprehensive game plot documentation by the next virtual session.
